Static Aircraft Display

Visitors to the Static Aircraft Display Areas (SADA) at Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre (HKBAC) and Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) Cargo Apron will be treated to a variety of commercial, business / executive jets and general aviation / trainer aircraft.

A380 Static Display Timings#
Only bona fide registered trade visitors to Asian Aerospace may view the A380 aircraft static display at the HKIA Cargo Apron during the following A380 static display timings (subject to changes):
3rd September 2007 1000 hrs to 1200 hrs
4th September 2007 1300 hrs to 1700 hrs
Only Airbus invited guests and trade visitors registered at Airbus booth at AWE (with special voucher) may tour onboard the A380. A bus ferry from BAC Hangar 2 to / fro the A380 at the Cargo Apron will be provided during the A380 static display timings. Strict security procedures and checks will be imposed for visits to the A380.
 
Entry Requirement to SADA and Security Checks

Entry to the SADA will via the access check-point located inside the airport emergency gate at the HKBAC premises.

As the SADA is within an active business aviation centre and international airport, all visitors to the SADA during the AA2007 show period must adhere to the security and safety rules and regulations.

All visitors entering the static aircraft display areas will be required to have / bring / adhere to the following:

a) Show Badges (Issued by the Organiser at the Registration Counters at AWE or HKBAC)
b) Personal Passport / ID Document Information Are Required During Registration for Access to SADA
c) Photo Identification Document / Passport for Identity Checks at Entry to SADA
d) Follow Safety and Security Rules and Regulations as Directed Within the Restricted Areas

Photo Identifications

All visitors are reminded that personal passports and/or authorised photo identification document are required for registration and security screening at the Asian Aerospace 2007 International Expo and Congress registration booths at HKBAC or AWE for access into the SADA via the check-point located inside the airport emergency gate between the HK BAC Hangar 1 and the HK BAC building.
